5. Pro Plan and Paid Services
Pro and paid services may provide additional functionality or higher usage allowances compared with Free, according to the current Pricing page or checkout flow.
Prices, plan features, billing frequency, and paid-service details are presented before purchase where applicable. Paid features may require a valid payment method and successful payment. You are responsible for applicable charges associated with the plan or service you select.
Billing
Pricing is presented before purchase where applicable. Taxes, fees, or other charges may apply where required. Billing frequency depends on the selected plan or purchase configuration.
Cancellation and Refunds

6. Custom Services

Additional terms may apply to a Custom arrangement. If a separate custom agreement expressly conflicts with these standard Terms, the custom agreement will take precedence for that specific arrangement to the extent of the conflict.
7. User Content and Uploaded Videos
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded video content solely because you use the Service.
You may upload video files or other content when using certain tools. You retain your rights in content you upload, subject to the limited rights needed for us to operate the Service. You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload, crop, process, preview, export, or otherwise use content through the Service.
Limited License
To the extent necessary to provide the Service, you grant CropVideoOnline and relevant service providers a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, or otherwise handle uploaded content for the purpose of operating the functionality you request. This limited license is not a transfer of ownership.
Your Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for what you upload and process through the Service. You must not upload content that you do not have rights to use, violates another person’s privacy, infringes intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, violates applicable laws, or violates these Terms.

You should not share credentials where doing so violates applicable plan rules or compromises account security.
14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CropVideoOnline does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, available, free from all harmful components, or that cropping or exported results will always meet a particular quality standard or every user’s expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Limitation of Liability
